Return Policy
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (incorrect item or confirmed quality issue with photo or video proof), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
If the return is due to customer reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
No restocking fees will be charged.
