Pre Sale Questions

A: All orders are shipped from China.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
For customers in the United States, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
A: You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. After shipment, orders can’t be changed or canceled.
A: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns must be sent back to our return facility in China. Please contact support@paleember.com first to receive authorization and the correct return address.
A: If the issue is caused by us (wrong item or quality issue with photo/video proof), we will provide a full refund. If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A: Import duties/taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are not included in the product price and may be charged by your local customs.
